MEGAN THEE STALLION

On April 15, 2019, Megan made her first Billboard Hot 100 appearance at #99 with her single "Big Ole Freak." On August 9, 2019, Megan released the single Hot Girl Summer featuring American rapper Nicki Minaj. The track won the "Best Power Anthem" award at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards ceremony.
In 2020, she recorded the song Diamonds in collaboration with American singer Normani. Composed especially for the movie Birds of Prey, the song is also the first official single from its soundtrack. In May 2020, the rapper was part of the main jury of the reality TV show and voguing competition, Legendary, broadcast on HBO Max. In August 2020, Cardi B's single WAP was released. Although the explicit lyrics and the clip caused controversy, the single reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
After three Mixtapes, she finally released her first album Good News on November 20, 2020. The album notably contains the single Body which was popularized thanks to the TikTok platform.
In 2021, Megan is nominated four times for the Grammy Award 2021. She will win three of these awards including Best New Artist.
