Ja Rule has become a heavyweight in gangsta rap in six albums. Since Venni Vetti Vecci in 1999, his success has not wavered. Rule 3:36 (2000) and Pain Is Love (2001) are both number 1 in the United States. The Last Temptation (2002) is number 4, Blood in My Eye (2003) is number 6 and R.U.L.E. (2004) does no better than number 7. Ja Rule has never done less than top 10 on any of his six albums, which is remarkable. Ja Rule returns in 2009 with The Mirror Reloaded.
